Opportunity Summary 

Responsibilities: • Research and write articles for the Center’s blog. (Topics include rescue stories, advice for pet owners, marketing tips for animal shelters, and more.) • Craft social media posts for all platforms. (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest) • Write and edit website copy and email newsletters. • Strategize and execute ways to grow our Pinterest presence. • Help create an influencer marketing strategy for the 2023 #RememberMeThursday campaign. • Assist with photoshoots when needed, dates will be discussed in advance to ensure availability. • Support team with short-form video editing for Reels and TikTok. By the end of the internship, the chosen candidate will be well-versed in social media strategy for non-profits and have many published writing samples for their portfolio.
