Office Assistance for Refugee Services At — The Southern Sudanese Community Center of San Diego
Student will be helping refugees coming to the center with various programs such as job assistance on computers, helping them with Langauge, answering phones, and help with tutoring with refugee children.
By the end of the program, students will change the life of newcomers with job assistance by applying online, helping with resume format, translating for those who need help with language, and helping children with tutoring.
The center gives orientation to students because the people are newcomers, and they need some knowledge about how to help them during their time at the center. English is the second language for most refugees, so we will give him some good training about how he can help them.
The office is safe and we have other staff during his/her time. We don't have any issues related to safety.
