Opportunity Summary 
  • Assist Youth with their homework and other projects – specifically with math homework
  • Take part in program activities to increase staff and teen participants’ morale
  • Initiate interaction with teens
  • Help enforce rules
  • Bring problem behavior and participant issues to site staff as appropriate
  • Help teens with transitions in program (daily)
  • Assist in maintaining clean site
  • Conduct self in a professional manner by maintaining appropriate boundaries with participants
  • Promote employee and teen safety
  • Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature review, in-service meetings and workshops
  • Support the vision, mission and goals

Opportunity Training 

Attend a 3 hour orientation.
