Opportunity Summary
- Assist Youth with their homework and other projects – specifically with math homework
- Take part in program activities to increase staff and teen participants’ morale
- Initiate interaction with teens
- Help enforce rules
- Bring problem behavior and participant issues to site staff as appropriate
- Help teens with transitions in program (daily)
- Assist in maintaining clean site
- Conduct self in a professional manner by maintaining appropriate boundaries with participants
- Promote employee and teen safety
- Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature review, in-service meetings and workshops
- Support the vision, mission and goals

Opportunity Training
Attend a 3 hour orientation.

- Attend 3 hour Orientation before start date
