Technology Support MentorAt — Independent Minds Academy
Technical student support is a service provided to students to help them overcome technical challenges they may encounter while studying. This can include providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, setting up and maintaining online learning platforms, assisting with remote access to resources and services, and providing guidance on best practices for digital communication and collaboration. Technical student support may be provided by dedicated IT staff, help desk personnel, or other trained professionals, and can be delivered through a variety of channels, such as phone, email, chat, or in-person support. The goal of technical student support is to ensure that students have the tools and resources they need to succeed academically and access the full range of services and resources available to them.
Interns will gain beneficial experience in teaching, working, developing, and leading students.
Training will include tutorials for Google applications that interns will be working with, and training for group setting mentoring for students through a remote setting.
