InternshipAt — Debbi Palmer Family Child Care/Palmer Playmates
This position is to work with Preschool children in all areas of education. Science, Math, Aprt, music and movement, Physical Education, literacy, and so much more
The interns assist the teacher in gardening, yoga and P.E., cooking experiences, parent art shows, Literacy, field work, Litter Patrol in our neighborhood loving our Mother Earth, confidence and independence building, going on nature walks, sign language instructions, journaling, and so much more
Training will be hands on with the owner/teacher
We will conduct fire drills, earthquake drills, health and safety practices, stranger danger lessons, and fire safety, (911 and stop drop and roll instructions)
The student interview here with my, the owner/teacher and we discuss what the internship requires and the student shares with me what the class requires so I can meet the needs of the student. We then discuss the schedule for the student have many responsibilities with class hours, job responsibilities, and this internship. I am flexible to help all interns reach their goals at CSUSM
