Opportunity Summary 

We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Intern. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management within the non-profit arts sector. The Social Media Intern will play a crucial role in expanding our online presence, engaging with our audience, and promoting our events and initiatives across various social media platforms.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Key Responsibilities: Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote upcoming exhibitions, performances, and educational programs. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on our social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas for social media content and campaigns. Analyze social media metrics and track the effectiveness of our social media efforts using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights. Stay informed about current trends and best practices in social media marketing and apply this knowledge to enhance our online presence. Assist with other marketing and communications tasks as needed.

Opportunity Training 

Students will undergo company orientation training, receive direct guidance from their supervisor, including shadowing opportunities, and gain access to the organization's virtual training library.
