Patient Retention and Engagement InternshipAt — TrueCare

Opportunity Summary 

The PRE Intern will work with the Patient Retention & Engagement department staff to complete assignments with the goal of learning and implementing patient retention strategies that will improve overall patient satisfaction with TrueCare’ s services. Assist with outreach to patients, identifying patient needs, supporting the Director with research and data as it pertains to patient retention, and more.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Students will utilize and acquire research, customer service, communication, and organization skills to assist the PRE team and leadership with various tasks pertaining to patient retention.

Opportunity Training 

Hands on, in-person training for how to use our computer systems will be given for student to be able to perform internship duties.
