- How to support student learning by assisting in supervision, classroom preparation, and student safety and well-being - How to assist in creating a classroom culture in which students welcome challenge, demonstrate respect, take ownership for actions, and allows freedom within limits
Students will receive on-the-job training regarding duties, Montessori training, and positive discipline training, if needed.
