Fall Jam SessionsAt — Banding Together - Jam Sessions

Banding Together hosts 'Jam Sessions' -- one-hour social music groups for neurodiverse individuals to promote socialization, emotional expression and communication.

Our goal is to strategically match each volunteer mentor with a Jam Session participant to foster relationships that are impactful for both the volunteer and the Jam Session participant. We are looking forward to having you join us this season!

Fall 2025 Jam Sessions:

Volunteers are needed for all locations from 5:30-8:30pm. You can serve one-time or for the whole 6-week session!

Wednesdays 9/3-10/15 in Carlsbad
Thursdays 9/4-10/16 in Point Loma
Wednesdays 10/8-11/19 in Chula Vista
Thursdays 10/23-12/4 in El Cajon
*not always held on consecutive weeks, see website or flyer for specific dates.
