Opportunity Summary 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Marketing Assistant to help drive our local marketing initiatives and community outreach. This position is ideal for a college student, recent graduate, or someone new to marketing who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and meaningful industry.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, managing social media, and planning events to connect with referral partners in the community. Design skills and email marketing experience are a bonus. This role is critical to growing our local presence and fostering partnerships with organizations such as law enforcement, insurance agents, property managers, and other community stakeholders.

Opportunity Training 

Student will be provided training on any and all skills they are lacking.

This site deals with blood and/or other bodily fluids and may have a higher risk of injury or increased exposure to illness due to needles, blood borne pathogens (HEP A/B/C), physical injury, etc. Ensure that you meet with your site supervisor to understand the increased risk in completing your internship at this site, as well as the appropriate measures you can take to mitigate and/or respond to these risks.  Your orientation at the site should also include a general site safety orientation.

Students will receive Blood Borne Pathogen Training and Certification. Students will receive safety training for the different job sites they may need to visit. Students will learn how to don an doff personal protective equipment to ensure their safety while obtaining content for video editing and digital marketing opportunities.
