Marketing InternAt — The Hoop Warehouse
As an intern at The Hoop Warehouse, students will play a key role in supporting our social media and marketing initiatives, taking photo and video content to promote both our basketball and strength training programs. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with the team to capture dynamic moments that highlight the athletes' performances while showcasing The Hoop Warehouse’s exclusive merchandise in action. This unique blend of visual storytelling and design will not only help elevate the brand’s presence but also foster a deeper connection with our audience, amplifying the impact of our message and strengthening our community engagement.
As mentioned before, students acquiring this opportunity can enhance photo, video, and editing. With additional help from the team, they can learn more about several Adobe platforms (Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) and, overall, gain more experience through every piece of content.
The training for this internship includes personalized 1-on-1 sessions with the supervisor and the rest of the marketing team, offering tailored guidance and mentorship. These sessions will focus on developing the intern's skills in marketing strategies, design principles, and multimedia content creation. The intern will gain hands-on experience in crafting promotional materials while learning how to align visual storytelling with effective marketing goals. The whole team will be able to provide feedback on the intern's work, helping refine techniques in both digital media and event promotion. These practices and constant conversations with the team ensures that the intern receives practical insights and a deeper understanding of the industry.
