Opportunity Summary 

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern with a focus on Social Media to join our team at MADE2BFIT LLC. This intern will play a key role in amplifying our brand across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, understands social trends, and is eager to contribute to content creation, scheduling, analytics, and engagement strategies. They will assist with creating reels, graphics, captions, and campaign ideas that align with our mission to help people and organizations get healthy from the inside out. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, and audience engagement, with the opportunity to contribute to impactful campaigns across health, wellness, business, and leadership. Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

By the end of this internship, students will gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital brand strategy. They will develop skills in copywriting, graphic design, video editing (including Reels and Stories), content scheduling, analytics interpretation, and engagement strategies across major platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Interns will also enhance their understanding of audience targeting, hashtag research, campaign planning, and using tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms. Additionally, they will strengthen soft skills such as time management, communication, creativity, and strategic thinking. Most importantly, students will walk away with real-world experience supporting a mission-driven brand, contributing to health, wellness, leadership, and empowerment content that makes a difference in people’s lives. This experience will prepare them for future roles in marketing, communications, public relations, and business development.

Opportunity Training 

Students will receive an initial 2-hour onboarding session covering our brand mission, core values, visual identity, and social media strategy. They will also be trained on content planning tools, Canva design basics, caption writing best practices, scheduling platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite or Later), and analytics tracking. Weekly check-ins and mentorship meetings (60-90 minutes) will provide ongoing support, feedback, and skill development. Interns will have access to training videos, guides, and examples of successful campaigns to help them confidently complete their responsibilities. Since this position does not involve direct work with minors or vulnerable populations, Mandated Reporter training is not required. However, professional conduct and digital media ethics will be reviewed as part of onboarding to ensure brand integrity and online safety standards are met.
