Opportunity Summary 

Offer students real-world exposure to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment through internship placements in our retail operations and corporate teams. Interns will also gain experience in cross-training across ALL departments—bread, cake, beverage/bar, and front-of-house operations. These hands-on opportunities are designed to build essential soft skills, leadership qualities, and operational knowledge.

Opportunity Training 

Interns will receive structured, hands-on training designed to ensure they are well-prepared to perform their responsibilities and gain valuable professional experience. Training includes: Onboarding & Orientation Interns are introduced to our company culture, safety protocols, operational standards, and expectations. Departmental Cross-Training Interns will rotate through multiple departments (Bread, Cake, Beverage Bar, and POS) to build a strong understanding of bakery operations. Skill-Based Training Modules Customer Service & Hospitality Food Safety and Sanitation Standards Product Knowledge Point-of-Sale System Training Time Management & Shift Readiness

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

Students are required to follow all company safety protocols, including proper food handling, use of PPE, and adherence to hygiene standards. Training is provided on safe lifting techniques, as students may be required to carry boxes or supplies (up to 50 lbs), and work in environments with varying temperatures, such as coolers or freezers.
