Art Education Intern At — Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach

Opportunity Summary 

Work alongside our Arts Education Director and program staff to develop and deliver a comprehensive arts experience for our Club Members.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Through this internship students will acquire and perfect their skills in communicating with youth of all ages and social backgrounds. They will learn how to put together and deliver a comprehensive art based curriculum.

Opportunity Training 

The student will be working directly with minors and be required to do a 40 minute online training for mandated reporting. The student will recieve an in person orientation including an overview of roles and responsibilities. The majority of training will happen on the job with each new activity.

Opportunity Application Instructions 

Students can confirm placement before completing the onboarding process. However, the onboarding process must be completed before they can begin receiving hours. Its an application form, live scan, first advantage background check, online training video, and in person orientation.
