Opportunity Training 

All volunteers will complete a self-paced training program consisting of three 1-hour video sessions. These cover our museum’s rules, safety procedures, guest service expectations, and step-by-step guidance for each role. Training ensures you feel confident and prepared before your first shift.

Opportunity Application Instructions 

Complete the Volunteer Application Form – Includes basic contact information and availability. Supplemental Questions – Short responses about your interest in volunteering, any relevant experience, and your comfort level interacting with guests. Resume (Optional) – Helpful if you have prior work, volunteer, or leadership experience. Interview – A brief (10–15 minute) informal conversation with our Volunteer Coordinator to discuss your interests, schedule, and placement. Training – Once accepted, you’ll complete three 1-hour training videos before your first shift.
