Opportunity Summary 

Primary focus of provisioning, supporting and shipping telecommunication devices to new and existing Mach Network customers, the Technical Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring product is configured, tested and shipped in a timely manner to our customer base. This position will be responsible for testing features and functionality in new firmware builds, flashing routers, quality assurance testing of product, packaging and shipping devices. In addition, this position will assist with our technical services team by handling triage of inbound Tier I technical support calls on a wide variety of 4G and 5G wireless routers and being able to identify when to escalate from Tier I Tech Support. Responsible for logging all calls and creating tickets in current customer support software system. Shipping responsibilities include packaging, generating labels and updating the customer ordering tool with tracking numbers.
