Opportunity Summary 

A unique role to support and assist the President of The Escondido Art Association one of the longest continually operating art organizations in Escondido. This is an opportunity to be involved in all aspects of running and leading a non-profit arts organization and its multiple exhibition galleries in partnership with the President of the organization.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Experience in non profit leadership, donor and fund raising development, marketing strategy and execution, operations and team leadership, digital design and communications, gallery curation and art selection as well as team motivation and leadership.
