Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

This opportunity involves overseeing a comprehensive after-school program that supports students’ academic success, social-emotional development, and overall well-being. The role provides leadership in program planning, daily operations, staff supervision, and program evaluation to ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment. By extending learning beyond the school day through structured academic support and enrichment activities, the position offers a meaningful opportunity to collaborate with educators, families, and community partners while ensuring alignment with educational goals, organizational standards, and students' diverse needs. Opportunity also involves learning daily clerical, scheduling, and other tasks.

Opportunity Training 

Training will begin on the first day of the internship with reviewing: Introduction to program mission, daily schedule, and student demographics. Review of safety procedures, emergency protocols, and mandated reporting. Expectations for professionalism, confidentiality, and communication with students and families.
