Our internship includes a structured training program designed to provide comprehensive support and hands-on experience. We use a detailed training guide that is followed alongside our team members. This guide outlines key learning objectives, responsibilities, and skill development areas, and it is implemented over the course of approximately one month. During this period, interns participate in one-on-one training sessions to ensure individualized guidance and feedback. You will work closely with a designated team member who will walk you through daily tasks, expectations, and best practices. This approach allows for consistent mentorship while gradually increasing your level of responsibility as your skills and confidence grow.
