Join a top San Diego travel baseball program as a coaching intern! Work with young athletes (ages 6-14), learn from coaches with 20+ years of experience, and develop meaningful leadership and responsibility along the way.
Students will develop: - Practical on-field coaching skills - Knowledge of youth player development and training methods - Leadership and responsibility working with young athletes - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Experience supporting the operations of a competitive travel baseball program
Interns will receive hands-on training in youth baseball instruction, practice organization, safety procedures, and effective communication with players. They will shadow experienced coaches, learn how to run drills, assist with game-day prep, and understand the fundamentals of operating a competitive travel program.
