This internship uses NGS for lead identification to accelerate the discovery of antisense oligonucleotide and siRNA therapeutics. This involves using high-throughput sequencing for Differential Gene Expression (DGE) selectivity profiling,, assessing mRNA reduction, and characterizing the efficacy of candidates in disease-relevant cell mode.(from company website)
