Opportunity Summary 

Work directly alongside a Creative Director with deep agency roots on live client projects spanning branding, content development, web design, and motion. Tiny Stampede is a small, fast-moving studio — so you'll get real exposure across the full creative process, from strategy through execution. We have a growing focus in food and beverage CPG, a vertical you'll help build out. If you're early in your creative career and want hands-on experience that actually moves the needle, this is the role.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Brand strategy fundamentals, visual identity development, client communication, project coordination, creative production workflows, web design basics, motion and content development exposure, working knowledge of Figma and AI-assisted creative tools, and an understanding of how a boutique creative studio operates end-to-end.

Opportunity Training 

Onboarding will include an overview of studio tools, workflows, and active client projects. The intern will receive direct mentorship from the Creative Director on a daily basis, with ongoing feedback built into the project process.
