Opportunity Summary 

The student will spend the majority of their time learning through shadowing, observation, and guided participation rather than independently performing the duties of a paid staff member. The student will have the opportunity to observe how our program operates, including daily scheduling and routines, classroom management, behavior-support strategies, and interactions with students. Under the guidance of our Site Coordinator and staff, the student may assist with appropriate activities such as preparing or handing out classroom materials, participating in indoor and outdoor activities, and observing how staff engage with and support students. These activities are intended to complement the student's learning experience and provide exposure to the day-to-day operations of a before and after-school program.

Opportunity Training
