Leading a preschool class of 12 students introducing handwriting, letter recognition, and letter sounds. Generating a calm environment conducive for learning and treating others with respect. Develop lessons plans for TK appropriate goals.

Confidence in leading a group of students. Ability to overcome fears in an environment of grace and understanding. Learn how to effectively work alongside other teachers especially when struggles arise.
Opportunity Training
Mandated reporter training is required. Student will be lead by a veteran teacher for the first two weeks, then overseen by the Director for another week
