The North County Climate Change Alliance (NCCCA) is a volunteer-driven, grassroots, non-partisan, non-profit organization working to empower people and organizations to act on climate disruption through education, collaboration, and mobilization. Our goal is to inspire, unite and educate individuals, empowering them to seek out and act on solutions to the climate crisis.

**Young Life** is a Christian organization whose mission is to introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith. It focuses on building genuine relationships with young people, meeting them where they are, and earning the right to be heard through consistent presence, mentorship, and care. Through activities like Club, Campaigners, camps, and one-on-one conversations, Young Life leaders create spaces where students feel known, loved, and safe to explore faith and ask questions about life and God.

Our mission is to develop healthy leaders and community, one leader, one family at a time. We offer support and advocacy for children and families at Maryland Elementary School, Vista, CA to flourish in life: academic, socialemotional learning, food insecurity, and other areas as needed.

Boys & Girls Club of San Dieguito and Oceanside merged and became the Boys & Girls Club of Northwest San Diego. Our organization is dedicated to providing positive activities to develop the education, health, self-esteem, and character of youth.

The Boys & Girls Club of Northwest San Diego offers a wide variety of programs to meet the needs of the community and instill a sense of belonging, usefulness, influence and competence in our youth.

The Studio to Market Internship at Oceanside Museum of Art’s Museum Store, will give a young artist hands-on experience in the business side of creativity, learning to navigate the entrepreneurial landscape that today’s artists face. You will work closely with museum staff to understand the processes of marketing, selling, and managing a creative business in a dynamic environment.
