Position Description

Student will learn about the goals and objectives of the center thru interaction with Peer Coaches, students and center staff. The student will shadow a Peer Coach in thru the volunteer hours to gain insight and experience of being a Peer Coach at the Latin@ Center.

Desired Qualifications

Must be 18 or older

Hours per Week: 10 are both minimum and maximum for the semester

Length of Position: One Semester

Application Instructions

An initial meeting with a sponsor peer coach, the student volunteer will take place prior to the volunteer hours to go over roles, objectives and methodology to ensure a good supervised and coordinated volunteer experience.
