Position Description

Primary Duties
This individual will provide support to the 10eleven Wholesale team. Key responsibilities include Market Week support, after-sales management, reporting assistance, sample management, and client communications. 

Our in-depth, challenging and rewarding internship will start you on the path to an amazing career and allow you to learn “hands on” how we work in a wholesale fashion environment. As an intern at 10eleven, you will be provided with insight into the wholesale side of the fashion industry by assisting Account Executives, sitting in on meetings with buyers during Market Week, and facilitating the many tasks that make a showroom run successfully and efficiently. 
This internship is for college credit only. It is a non-paid internship with flexible hours to satisfy college credit requirements.

Learning Objectives and Outcomes

As an intern at 10eleven, you will be provided with insight into the wholesale side of the fashion industry by assisting Account Executives, sitting in on meetings with buyers during Market Week, and facilitating the many tasks that make a showroom run successfully and efficiently. We aim to educate our interns abou the ins and outs of the wholesale perspective of the fashion industry, which can lead to many job opportunities in showrooms, in-house brand offices, merchandising, design, and buying.

Desired Qualifications

• Available minimum 8hrs/week
• Able to receive academic credit
• Junior or Senior in college preferred
• Related major is preferred; all will be considered
• Desire for hands-on work experience
• Innovative & Creative
• High Energy & Enthusiastic

Preferred Skills:

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to function professionally in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and self-initiate projects
• Ability to work independently and effectively under a deadline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Length of Position: One Semester

Hours per Week: 8 Minimum
