The summer intern is responsible for learning our lending process through one-on-one mentorship, marketing, community involvement and financial analysis. Our hands-on approach will prepare students to begin a career in agriculture finance and business development. In addition to learning the lending process, interns will complete a meaningful project for a specific business unit or team. Projects will vary based on business need, and project plans can evolve through the selection process.
