Opportunity Summary 

Student interns will have an opportunity to work alongside college health professionals to assist and collect data in areas such as mental health, basic needs (housing, food), and/or general health and wellness.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

The importance and impact of physical health, mental health, and/or social determinants of health for Modesto Junior College student success and wellness.

Opportunity Training 

Ongoing oversight from a full-time health professional within Health Services; review of regulations governing confidentiality of protected health information, professional communication, campus resources and support services for students.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

Supervisor will review pertinent information related to COVID notification.

Opportunity Application Instructions
