Mental Health Clinician Internship At — Merced County Human Services Agency, Employment & Training Branch
Interns will have an opportunity to carry a small caseload, conduct intake assessments, provide individual therapy, case management, collaterals, care coordination, groups, and other essential clinical tasks to strengthen their professional and technical expertise, critical thinking, decision making, communication, and relationship building within micro and macro systems. Introductions to HIPAA rules and regulations, Electronic Health Records, Mandated Reporting, Cultural Humility and other training opportunities will enhance their fieldwork to complement their academic studies.
