Opportunity Summary
Delta Health Care offers an opportunity to become part of its comprehensive wellness center team and provide support services to teens attending Stockton Unified School District high schools. Fieldwork students will be placed at the high school wellness centers to provide counseling and case management to students referred by administrators and school counselors.
Opportunity Training
Training on the referral and assessment process will be provided. Shadowing opportunities provided. Weekly supervision provided by qualified staff.
Additional risk specific to this opportunity
Campuses are locked to outside visitors from 8:30-3:30. All staff and students must wear identifying badges. There are 6 campus security monitors and 1 police officer assigned to all high school campuses.
