Opportunity Training
There is an onboarding process where they will have various trainings provided by our management team and some on line self guided trainings with shadowing opportunities from other clinicians/staff that provide direct behavior health services to the youth and families we work with.
Additional risk specific to this opportunity
Some services may be provided in the families home or out in the community so staff/interns need to have take appropriate safety precautions into considerations. Also, some of the youth we work with may have suicidal ideation so proper procedures need to be followed when working with this youth. We do not tolerate any aggresion towards staff/interns.
