Opportunity Summary 

The internship allows students to experience what it is like to conduct the teachings of psychology, experience preparing, delivering and evaluating progress and grades. Students get to job shadow the primary instructor but also facilitate their own smaller projects in class and outside of the classroom.

-speaking up about their availability
-answering emails and being proactive about responding to students.
-communicating with professor.
-attending class days and exam days.

Training:

-I will provide grading rubric and verify the student evaluations.
-I will provide student with material and accessible content for use.
-I will direct students on what to look for and look at when it comes to directives and instructions.
-I will support students with questions they have for supporting students in the class.

Learning Outcomes:

-give constructive criticism on written papers.
-facilitate reviews, exercises/activities, and in-class discussions.
-learn to monitor student progress and performance and make adjustments.
-support lectures by proving office hours and support for students.
