Opportunity Summary 

Abundant IoT is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, most qualified individual for an intern position to support senior management. This position offers an exciting internship opportunity for hands-on training with skilled professionals. It also provides developmental opportunities for the right candidate to apply skills/theories to real-world problem solving and gain valuable work experience rewarding personally and professionally.

Responsibilities include running analysis, AIoT knowledge base development, supporting marketing initiatives, social media & LinkedIn copy writing, and support for ongoing process improvement and cross-functional projects. The position may also involve coordinating and interacting with other internal department staff to perform various job functions.

• ESG & Sustainabilityo Carbon Footprint Analytics: Pull monthly HQ analytics and create a findings summary with YTD comparisons.• Data Analytics & AIoT Knowledge Baseo LinkedIn Analytics: Pull monthly LI campaign analytics and create a findings summary with YTD comparisons.o Host Website Analytics: Pull site analytics including site traffic and create a findings summary with YTD comparisons.o Zoho Email Analytics: Pull Zoho email blast analytics as needed and create a findings summary with YTD comparisons.o SOPs: Create standard operating procedure guides for companywide initiatives as needed.o Battle Cards: Create educational, sales focused battle cards for ecosystem products as needed.• Marketingo LinkedIn Campaigns: Create and posts weekly LinkedIn posts based on collaborative initiatives (2-3x per week)o Partner Collateral: Create collaborative marketing collateral as needed with partner logos.o On Brand Graphics: Create marketing graphics for LinkedIn and event prep as needed. o Copy Writing: Create weekly LinkedIn marketing copy (2-3x per week)• Communicationso Zoho Email Blasts: Scheduled pre-approved email campaigns as needed.o Xamplify Campaigns: Scheduled pre-approved Xamplifly campaigns as needed.o Media Editing: Edit video and image graphics for marketing purposes as needed.o Monthly Newsletter Research + IRA:  Research and update Federal and State Inflation Reduction Act updates once a month.• Event Opso Event Prep, Logistics:  Assist with event logistics tasks as needed.o Data Scraping: Pull contact information data and create excel summary sheets as needed for marketing campaigns.o LinkedIn Invites: Create and send out LinkedIn invites as needed for Events.o Calendar Invites: Create and send out Outlook invites as needed for Events.

Training:

The student will receive the following training:
- general employer orientation by HR.
-weekly scheduled one-on-one mentor meetings with Director of Ops
-weekly scheduled one-on-one mentor meetings with CEO
- Job shadowing & skills training with Project Manager (prior intern) - overview/contextualization of assigned tasks
- Access to training step by step videos and SOPs

Learning outcomes:

By the end of the academic internship, the student will be able to learn how to pull data analytics across multiple systems, create findings summaries, and propose CTAs (call to action).

The student will be able to create multiple marketing content campaigns from concept to creations using different platforms.

The student will be able to update a company's website with current Knowledge base system. They will gain knowledge both from the technical side and curating the information.
