Job Description:
Interns will be able to-
- Participate in projects ranging from recruitment planning to career related research
- Learn to review resumes and suggest adjustments to clients
- Create a recruitment plan increasing company experience
- Have the opportunity to learn career techniques through research projects
- Be connected to a new network of peers within the same career field
- Work with other interns on miscellaneous projects such as blog construction
Responsibilities:
- Gain experience through assisting in education and development.
- Create strategic recruitment plans, recruiting HR candidates.
- Research and provide suggestions of freelance job opportunities.
- Review resumes and provide clients with suggested best practices.
- Effectively manage tasks using online project management tools.
Requirements:
- Seeking to gain Human Resource experience.
- Willing to provide 7-10hrs a week towards internship projects/opportunities
- Self-starter able to work in a virtual environment
- Human Resources/Business degree candidate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum GPA of 2.5
- Prior work experience
- College students using the internship for credit hours must be at least of sophomore status.
- Must have completed a business course

Onboarding training - 6 modules
Weekly training calls
One-on-one meetings
