Customer Service and Marketing AssistantAt — GOALZ
Goalz is a new exciting food start-up with a specialty in sugar-free and healthy chocolates.
We are seeking a proactive and creative college student to join the GOALZ team. Being a part of our close-knit team means you'll have the unique opportunity to wear multiple hats, delve into various aspects of the business, and gain invaluable hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment. She/he will work closely with the Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
- Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and DMs promptly.
- Capture and edit photographs for social media posts.
- Analyze and report on social media performance and trends.

Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media.
- Address and resolve any customer concerns or feedback.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Marketing Assistant:
- Assist the marketing director on marketing-related topics
Required Skills:
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter).
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work independently.
Great to Have Skills:
- Photo editing and design capabilities
- Passion for nutrition and health concepts

Tasks
1- Create a customer service approach and test various approaches and compare the results
2-Create a marketing calendar, social media calendar, and brand-centric content preparation for social media
3- Decide and create marketing opportunities and create content for those new marketing channels.
Training
There will be a general orientation initially. There will be weekly one-on-one feedback meetings with the mentor (CMO) and daily job shadowing by the mentor. Literature suggestion by the mentor depending on the interest of the employee/intern

By the end of the academic internship, the student will be able to learn:
