Responsible for answering phones, scheduling patients, checking patients in, confirming paperwork is filled out by them and entered into system. Take messages for providers, follow up on needs, sales of products and procedures. Restocking, cleaning shelves, inventory management.

Training:
One on one training with front office manager explaining how to answer calls and use the medical health record. Regular trainings for medical product knowledge as well as some procedures.
Learning Outcomes:
Student will be fluent in medical terminology relating to dermatology. They will have understanding of our electronic health record (eclinicalworks) and understand patient customer service needs. They will see how a well run, successful practice thrives. They will have product knowledge related to medical grade skin care.
