Assist in managing projects of different types and sizes for our lighting and electrical contracting business.

Project timeline tracking, pipeline or workload tracking, project completion reviews and contract requirements as per procurements.
Type up estimates and final contract documents required to comply with customer requests and requirements.

Training:

Reading and analyzing different types of contracts, and scope of work of projects awarded. Gathering of necessary paperwork requested by clients to comply with scope of work requirements. Filling out different types of legal forms like insurance requirements etc.

Learning Outcomes:

Organizing projects timelines and lead times.
Overview of ongoing projects and different projects to bid out .
Gathering necessary info to bid out and manage projects assigned and awarded.
