Opportunity Summary 

Reporting to the Creative Director, the Seasonal E-Learning Web Design Intern will improve and maintain our online courses and improve the UX/UI of our website while meeting Marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of UX/UI layouts, as well the ability to adhere to our brand guidelines and be familiar with Kajabi.com, Adobe XD or Figma, and Google Web Products (Analytics, Search Console, etc.).

Tasks:

Update, maintain, identify opportunities for improvement of all web pages & course content
Optimize and test web performance using Google Web Products
Set-up and track analytics using Google Analytics and Search Console
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards for web
Maintain clear communication with team members on status of assigned project(s) through weekly meetings with the team and supervisor
Attend quarterly Advisory Steering Committee

Training:

Students will have an initial general orientation meeting and complete our onboarding process, where they will receive an overview of assigned tasks, guidance on how to use ClickUp (our project management tool) and access key folders/documents, and familiarize themselves with the organization and its brand assets. After the onboarding process is complete, students will have weekly scheduled meetings with their supervisor and team members.
