Opportunity Summary 

The Seasonal Program + Events Management Intern will work closely with the Executive Director to coordinate the planning, hosting, and marketing of events for Digital4Good. Following the completion of the 6-month internship term, the Seasonal Program + Events Management Intern will be eligible for advancement to the role of Seasonal Program + Events Management Team Lead Intern(subject to Executive Director’s discretion).

Tasks:

Coordinate community outreach efforts
Develop corporate sponsorship proposals
Foster and maintain partner relations
Generate business in new geographical markets 
Evaluate potential bids and project opportunities to determine alignment with company capabilities and strategic goals
Pitch Digital4Good’s mission to inquiring organizations
Maintain clear communication with team members on status of assigned project(s) through weekly meetings with the team and supervisor
Attend quarterly Advisory Steering Committee

Training:

Students will have an initial general orientation meeting and complete our onboarding process, where they will receive an overview of assigned tasks, guidance on how to use ClickUp (our project management tool) and access key folders/documents, and familiarize themselves with the organization and its brand assets. After the onboarding process is complete, students will have weekly scheduled meetings with their supervisor and team members.
