The Teaching Assistant (TA) will assist the Industrial/Organizational Psychology class (PSYC391) in delivering quality instruction to students. The ideal candidate will support classroom instruction, contribute to lesson planning, and provide careful attention to students to enhance their learning experience. Responsibilities include grading assignments, preparing classroom materials, and facilitating group activities. A strong work ethic, communication skills, and passion for greater subject knowledge are essential. A major in psychology or management is preferred, and previous work experience is highly desirable.
