Enrollment and Evaluation SpecialistAt — Kick It California
Answers incoming calls to the program and places outgoing calls to program leads, following established procedures and protocol to assess needs of callers, transition to coaching and provide the best possible service. Learns to assist clients in developing and implementing effective strategies to quit smoking or other tobacco use. Provides education on cannabis and health effects as appropriate. Creates and sustains a supportive client-focused environment for the change of addictive behavior during the enrollment process. Gathers and records detailed and accurate information on clients. Maintains thorough and confidential records of all client interactions. Participates in various research studies, applying protocols and procedures appropriate to the subject populations. Other duties as needed.

3. Review of calls and documentation on quarterly basis.
