The Behavior Technician Intern will work under the direct supervision of a certified Behavior Analyst to assist in the implementation of behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. This internship provides hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives.

Tasks:

Data collection
Implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
Preparing session materials
Documentation and reporting

Training:

General employer orientation
Behavior Technician training consisting of 40 hours
One-on-one mentor meetings weekly
Shadowing Senior behavior technicians
