Opportunity Summary 

You will manage communications with affiliates, KOLs, and partners, including daily emails and managing partnerships for content creation. Responsibilities encompass overseeing newsletter distribution to demo room hosts or affiliates for promotions and managing contract amendments with the UpPromote platform. Your role is crucial in seeking new long-term KOL and affiliate relationships to strengthen our brand presence.

Tasks:

Implement strategies that have been developed across platforms to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Building and maintaining the relationship with current and new Key Opinion Leaders.
Foster an active community, initiating and participating in conversations, and maintaining a supportive environment.
Work with the content team to develop engaging content across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand presence.

Shoot videos and photographs for company products and create content for the business brands.
Identify and collaborate with influencers to extend brand reach. Implement strategies on metrics given by marketing team.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to align marketing efforts and brand messaging.

Training:

An in-depth orientation session covering company policies, brand values, and an overview of the organization's structure and goals.
Introduction to key team members and an overview of the company's products and services.
Detailed explanation of the brand's marketing strategies and objectives.
Regular meetings with a designated mentor to discuss progress, address any challenges, and provide guidance on tasks such as implementing strategies across platforms and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Opportunity for personalized feedback on content creation and community management efforts.
Shadowing experienced team members in roles such as content creation, community management, and influencer relations to gain insights into various aspects of the job.
Observing best practices in shooting videos, taking photographs, and creating engaging social media content.
Detailed briefing sessions for each assigned task to ensure students understand the objectives, expected outcomes, and relevance to overall marketing strategies.
Contextual information on tasks such as implementing strategies to boost brand awareness, building relationships with KOLs, and fostering an active community.
