Apply conventional ways of teaching

Training  

-I will require students to read articles about the new pedagogical way of teaching
-I will allow students to teach a portion of the class using conventional ways of teaching
-I will have student reflect on the tasks they do

Tasks/Duties  

-complete reading and attend class sessions, as well as hold office hours
-prepare a class lecture
-submit reflections paper and receive feedback
