PopShorts is looking for its next round of interns. We are looking for candidates with strong experience and passion for the social media space. PopShorts requires at least 120 hours of commitment but the work schedules can be completely flexible around school schedules.
PopShorts was named Best Boutique Agency by ThinkLA. We are an influencer marketing agency that has been recognized 13 times by the Shorty Awards for honors such as \\Best Instagram Campaign\\ and \\Best Facebook Partnership\\. We've worked with social media celebrities to make content for the likes of Netflix, Sony, Chase, Fox, ABC, NBC, Paramount, Burger King, Hulu, Google, Adobe, and Disney.
This position will be largely reposting influencer content from current and past campaigns as well as relevant articles from within the social media and advertising industries. On rare occasions, the intern may also be asked to assist with current influencer marketing campaigns.
There is no financial compensation but we can provide course credit and a letter of recommendation from our Creative Director upon completion of the internship.
Training:
The training will include:
4-hour orientation to ensure the candidate understands our company and goals
Daily meetings to help learning process
Weekly submissions of prescheduled posts for the coming week(s)
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the academic internship, the student will be able to utilize native social media strategy, identify branding strategies on social media, understand advertising KPIs on social media.
