Looking for assistance in development of investment proposals for real estate vacation rental development projects. Must have excel, powerpoint and financial modeling experience.

-competitive analysis
-competitive edge analysis
-development of financial proforma
-develop Powerpoint presentation used for potential investors

Training:

After general employer orientation, the student will meet in person or remotely with partners to gain knowledge of previous projects that have been completed along with previous examples of decks and financial modeling that have been used by competition. There will be a weekly meeting to establish goals for the week and asses progress. The end product will be the production of a deck used to solicit capital for the project.

Learning Outcome:

-have a real understanding and ability to develop investment decks for real estate development vacation rental projects
-build financial forecast based on projected criteria
-build comprehensive market analysis
