This is a part-time remote role for a Social and Digital Marketing Internship for academic credit only. The intern will be responsible for social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, and online marketing. The intern will also be involved in communication and content creation.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
- Experience with web analytics and online marketing
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to create engaging content
- Knowledge of options trading and finance is a plus
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Tasks:
The intern will demonstrate their learning outcomes by:
- conducting market research and presenting insights on campaign strategies
- conducting SEO audits for client websites, while recommending optimization actions
- creating SEO friendly LinkedIn posts aligned to the client's objectives and target audience interests
-creating an analysis of A/B tests for a websites, document findings, and suggesting improvements
- demonstrate findings in a team setting through Zoom meetings
Training:
To help the intern achieve the proposed learning outcomes, the student will:
- acquire comprehensive training sessions on digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools
- gain hands on experience by practice skills such as keyword research, content creation, and campaign optimization
- be given regular feedback sessions and one-on-one coaching to address any challenges and provide personalized guidance (weekly or as needed)
-be given quality recommendations to webinars, industry events, and online courses resources to supplement their learning and stay updated on industry trends
Learning Outcome:
By the end of the internship, the student will be able to:
- analyze digital marketing trends and identify opportunities for client campaigns.
- develop and implement basic SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- create engaging content tailored to target audiences across various digital platforms.
