Opportunity Summary 

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a fun, energetic, individual to work part-time providing evidence-based, behavioral therapy to individuals on the autism spectrum.
Our program is overseen by Clinical Directors and highly experienced BCBAs that can offer supervision as well. For those without registration, RBT training is provided, and fees are covered by Behavioral Health Works.

-Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
-Collect behavior reduction data during sessions
-Skill acquisition data during sessions
-Maintain professionalism
-Collaborate with BCBA/Clinical Manager along with the client's parents and the client themselves
-demonstrate excellent written skills (daily session notes)
-demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills
-Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
-time management
-collaborate on a team of professionals to achieve positive outcomes for the client

Training:

New-Hire Orientation, Registered Behavior Technician Certification, Weekly overlaps with supervisor 

Learning Outcomes:

-deliver personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
-collaborate closely with Clinical Manager/BCBA and client's parents to create tailored treatment plans that address the distinct requirements of each child
-display an understanding of ABA principles and common ABA strategies
