Graphic Designer InternAt — usal project
We are seeking a talented and creative in-house Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio and a passion for visual storytelling. As an in-house Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and managing all visual content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals. You will collaborate with various departments, including marketing, product development, and sales, to deliver compelling graphics for print, web, social media, and other digital platforms.
Tasks:
Graphic Design Creation, Collaboration on Campaigns, Design Revisions and Feedback Implementation, Project and Task Management, Brand Asset Management
Training:
At the start of the internship, students will participate in a comprehensive orientation session. This will include an introduction to company policies, workflow procedures, design software, brand guidelines, and project management tools used by the design team. The orientation will also cover workplace safety, communication protocols, and expectations for professional conduct. Students will have regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings with their assigned mentor to discuss progress, address challenges, and review completed projects. These meetings provide personalized feedback, guidance on skill development, and opportunities to discuss creative ideas and solutions in a collaborative setting.
